Returns & Exchanges
We prioritize the quality of our products, and as a result:
- Final Sale Policy: All sales are final unless the wrong size is shipped or the item arrives damaged.
- Non-Sale Items: Returns for non-sale items are accepted within three (3) days of delivery. After this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Restocking Fee: A $60 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all attached tags.
- Certain products, such as personal care items, perishables, intimate items, and digital goods, are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at support@officialspidershoodie.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to reach us.
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt. Refunds take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
Order Modifications
- Cancellations: Orders placed during weekdays cannot be guaranteed for cancellation due to quick processing. For weekend or holiday orders, cancellations may be possible within 24 hours.
- Adjustments: Requests to change styles, colors, or sizes must be made before the order is shipped. Email us promptly at support@officialspidershoodie.com for assistance.
Missing Items
- Carefully inspect your package upon arrival; some items may be shipped separately.
- If something is missing, contact us within 14 days at support@officialspidershoodie.com with photos of the shipping label and received items for resolution.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful shipment. If you encounter an issue, please contact support@officialspidershoodie.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Canceled Orders
If you cancel an order or request a refund, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers administrative and processing costs. Please note, this policy applies to all customer-initiated cancellations.
